Joe Vanhoutteghem is a Belgian commercial and music video director, and co-founder of Czar. Known for his distinctive visual style, he has directed award-winning campaigns for IKEA, Volkswagen, Amnesty International and Nike, as well as music videos for artists like Editors and Triggerfinger. Vanhoutteghem also directs absurdist commercial projects under the pseudonym Lionel Goldstein alongside Koen Mortier.
